She never burned to death. She had an injury from the burn and had to live with that injury and after a while died from natural cause and by the time her son wanted to ask forgiveness, she had passed away meaning he waited too long to ask for forgiveness.

This is pure ignorance. Allah would never prevent his servants from doing Umrah because of a sin. Allah is the one who forgives any sin no matter how big it is.
