As a TESOL trainer, I can tell you that the people who benefit from my course the most are the those who have read and researched the theory before enrolling, those who have an understanding of English grammar, and those who have teaching experience. However, this last point about experience can be hit or miss. I've trained teachers with many years of experience using the grammar translation approach, and suddenly they're being told that using L1 in the classroom should be avoided. They can be difficult to work with.

Usually, CELTA is accepted worldwide. If you are on budget, then go for TEFL. You need to check with German embassy whether they accept TEFL certificate from specific Institute..But if you want to learn online, just try to check with some of your contacts in Germany, which TEFL Institute is popular in their country.

CELTA is the most popular TEFL course because certificate comes from Cambridge. Other TEFL/TESOL courses are provided by different Institutes. CELTA and TEFL/TESOL are English teaching qualifications or certifications. But IELTS is different. It's just an English language proficiency test which is to assess your English language skill.

TESOL course cannot promise you a good salary in India. If you want a good pay, then look for foreign teaching jobs only. Salaries for teaching jobs in India are less. But your experience of 15 years looks promising, you may find a good job in India too. And again it depends on the institution.

You can directly contact any TEFL course providing institute. Usual duration is 120 hours of training. Coming to price, I don't decide the price and fee structure is different with each TEFL providing institute. So it's difficult to make a video on that. But I'll try to make a video on how to get placed. I still need to understand the situations post-covid. Thank you for your suggestion.

If you're expecting a job abroad, right after the course. Then, Don't do it. Just completing the course will not give you a job. It will be give you eligibility to apply for jobs. That's what I mean. And both TEFL and TESOL are same courses..

TEFL certification can help you in transition. I would suggest better go for CELTA.

If that's the case, then you can enroll for any TEFL training provided by Asian College of Teachers or InTesol or APTTI or American TESOL.

If you specifically want to become chemistry teacher, then any TEFL course is ok. But if you want to teach only English, then go for CELTA.
