We can talk about what could have or should have happened but what didn't happen was Dubois hurting Usyk to the body after the 5th rd. What did happen was Usyk made the bigger (by 2") younger (by 11 yrs) fighter quit by outlanding him 88-49 total punches. Outlanded him in jabs, power punches & body shots as well. He outboxed & stopped Dubois can't nobody argue that fact.

The media and uysk seemed to try and bs narrative his win against joshua like he finally emerged, when Dubois already emerged in his fight with usyk, when he had usyk down bad and had the ref not intervened Dubois would have won. Dubois already arrived before his match with Joshua. Usyk consoling Dubois after the ref assist win over dubois, when usyk knew he got the ref assist win. Boxing and the media were trying to distract from dubois needing to box usyk once usyk rematched fury. Glad dubois challenged usyk. Better question is why did usyk didn’t call for the dubois.
