Wow, thanks YT algos for sharing this to me, I just cant believe what Tysons golden era was about.. Amazing tíme. These fights today would be expensive as hell, to watch live! Respect to that other guy too, fighting with broken jaw?? Insane!! All respect
@anthonyvespia6662Ай бұрын
These were in my opinion Tysons best two fights I've scene. They were against a skilled fighter. But Tysons power, will wear you down, round after round. 💯 😎
@judgeroybean6930Ай бұрын
Tysons style reminds me so much of the many fights I've seen of Rocky Marciano as he goes forwards virtually for the whole length of the fight, no matter what was thrown at him.
@rsuriyopАй бұрын
These fights proved that Tyson wasn’t just effective for only just the first 5 rounds. Haters like to think that if Tyson can’t take someone out before that, then he’s more likely to gas out and lose. But obviously that’s not the case here.
@davidlawrence3645Ай бұрын
@@judgeroybean6930Except that Marciano was knocked down twice in his career and got up both times to win the fight. Tyson never once rose from a knockdown to win, let alone even finish a fight, and holds the record for having been knocked out more times than any man to have ever held the heavyweight championship
@victorbouliane2615Ай бұрын
No one talks about Marciano except Italians. He retired because Sonny Liston was coming for him.
@davidlawrence3645Ай бұрын
@@victorbouliane2615 Whoa whoa whoa. What??? Boy are you confused with your boxing history. Almost 7 years separated their reigns as heavyweight champion. When Marciano retired listing wasn't even on the radar screen. He was just another up-and-comer with a few fights under his belt amongst so many others at the same point in their career. It's doubtful if Marciano and his management had even heard of Sonny Liston by the time Marciano had his last fight in 1955

Yeah, I remember both fights. After a lot of pre-fight 💩 talking by Ruddock, this fight ended with Ruddock having a broken jaw, two broken ribs, a broken hand (or wrist), and a trip to the hospital after that rematch! He was definitely a warrior, no doubt, but his "mouth wrote the check that his behind couldn't cash," ---- TWICE!!! ✌️🤔☠️💀
