Skipparoo exe there are two kinds of Angel Dragons, Dutch Angel Dragons, and regular Angel Dragons. Dutch Angel Dragons have to follow the rules of the species but don’t have to be approved by Ino herself, but Angel Dragons you can do anything you want with them. In the DAD website there should be a guide on how to make your DAD an official DAD with the correct patterns you can use and stuff.

Yeah, just the guidelines thing. I post dutchie suit updates I make on the official DAD fb group. All posts need to be approved by the staff Sonar, Click, etc. They're like ino's admin team people. Haven't had any issues from them with design. I do unconventional things like lights, jawsets, magnetic eyelids, whiskers, piercings, etc too.
