The leaked LC shows her inside a capsule that keeps her real fragile body alive, and she was controlling the robot body remotely just like Herta. The reason why she can transform in Penacony was because Silverwolf hacked her inside the dreamscape, thus bypassing the rules. Blade's story also confirmed my theory because it was said that he was pinned down by an automaton, rather than a man in suit of armor

That's probably not even a headcanon and actually the case with her since she said that she's basically withering away irl. It's either her suit is her life support or she's like Billy from outlast where he's controlling the walrider while being connected to a bunch of machines.
