This album is insane. I have tried to find the best music for running and lifting in the gym, and nothing beats this. to the point, where, now I listen almost exclusively to this album. Having podcast snippets, motivational quotes and hard trap music with thick bass all blended together beautifully makes for an out-of-body gym experience. This keeps me entertained and motivated during sets. I've got something to do (listen to goggins) which keeps me going through hard sets and some music to pump as well. I've tried looking for other gym motivation tracks, but NOTHING surpasses the sheer quality of this. never meet a hater is amazing and the purpose is you is my favourite. GREAT WORK AKIRA please, please make goggins 3. I need more of this. seriously.

Man, I just finished listening to the whole album and it’s outstanding! Can’t thank you enough for making it, really. Good thing working with the newer podcasts and clips. Starting out with songs like “I know what darkness looks like” and “Shut the fuck up”, I knew I was in for a ride. Sick beats layered on messages that I couldn’t agree with more, man, I couldn’t get enough of it! The middle got a little depressing, even real and deep with tracks like “Wake up” and “Take action,” but we ended on a high note with “Stay fucking hard” and “That sense of self.” I hope there comes a day when I’ll be listening to a Goggins III album xd!!! Anyways, I’m off to work. Gonna be replaying it. Roger that!
