Lovely recipe ❤ Am from western belt only and prepare this regularly, as well.. Slight improvisation,, i normally soak rice for 15 minutes, drain water, slightly roast in ghee.. Then add it with the boiling gravy,of the akkas same ingredients.. This way, the aroma of தேங்காய் பால் சாதம்,will be enhanced.. Thanks Deena,for bringing out various, native receipes❤...
