not a lot of reviews might not be a good sign, I'm now looking at the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 Series - Size XL and thinking about returning this chair before I even get it out of the shipping box because of the arm-rests issues I've heard Kyle and others mention. Not sure i want to spend 700 for armrests that click away from a setting due to being a plastic variety instead of metal like SecretLab uses. Very tough decision though since i already have it coming from Best Buy and will be here Wednesday (which is 4 days away or so) UGH !!!

Which one turned out to be less firm? This or the noblechairs hero? I can't decide between the 2 and want the least firm one.

Great review, thanks!! I've got a question, can you actually lock the reclining mechanism at any angel or are there preset locking angles?

I'm deciding between this and a leather Noblechairs Hero. Could you comment on a comparison between the two? The adjustable lumbar and general attention to detail stitch patterns etc look great on the Hero but very expensive. I'd say it looks better, but that's subjective. The Onyx leather is on sale right now and never really see deals on the Noblechairs, especially on Amazon except for the special editions in loud color combos when I just want a good plain leather option that looks classier than most gaming chairs yet not as plain as most office chairs while still being comfortable (and the Noblechairs euro certifications seem to incline that way).

I think they are almost the same exact chair with the Secret being a bit more firm.

@@HardOCPTV gotcha, yea, just unboxed it and set it up last night, wow, what a chair... i think i like this more than having to sit on the harder Titan. This one feels firm but nice and soft on the posteior. THanks for your video, it confirmed what I needed. Workmanship is top notch. Little bit more expensive than the Titan Weave but getting full leather front is worth it. Should clean up pretty good too. I bought some leather conditioner, should i use it before hand or down the road a ways?, it's called Weiman Leather Cleaner Wipes - with Microfiber Cloth - Clean Condition UV Protection

Is it good enough for big guys? i heard you say that you are 1,80mtr? i am 2 mtrs. Is the chair big enough? It sure looks that way.

Very much so. It is big on me. However, the one issue I had with it, is that it does not raise that high off the floor. I use this chair on a hardwood floor and installed "roller blade" casters. Secretlab Titan XL in leather is ridiculously high in price. Akracing Onyx Deluxe with similar dimensions in leather is still a good deal. Don't be tempted by fake leather either, will always peel and flake, whatever the marketing says.
