Gravação corajosa do Emicida.

What Emicida says after the song its for me the most emotional part, so I'm gonna translate for you (dont know why is missin that part) "hey dude, hey girl, get up your head, wipe out those tears, right? take a deep breath and come back to the ring you are gonna leave this prison you will go for the University Degree with the beatiful fury of the sun, you get it? make this for us, make this one for us I will see you in the podium" This whole new album of him its amazing and very touching, I really love it and cried a lot when I listened for the first time. He spokes about tough stuff and hard things in a delicate way. I cannot suggest only one song hahaha

This first spoken part was an audio message Emicida received from a friend (I guess it's not the original file, but the same message overall) who was about to kill himself, but he went overthinking and decided not to do it. The whole song is a message of getting through difficulties and hard times. The title is Amarelo, which is Yellow, but is also the union of two words Amar + Elo, which is To love + Link. We have Yellow September, which is a campaing to fight suicide, as Yellow is the color of attention (and that's why he chose this name and filters for the videoclip).

The intro is sung by Belchior, a MPB singer (he was famous during the seventies/eighties). He is one of the greatest musicians of Brazil. He passed away a few years ago, but his album “Alucinação” (1976) was considered one of the best albums from Brazilian music!! Furthermore, Emicida used his song “Sujeito de sorte” in the intro and the chorus of “Amarelo”!!! Please, listen to Belchior, he was a true poet and a music genius!!

@anacarolmoro18684 жыл бұрын
This chorus' lyrics is from Belchior ' s song Sujeito de Sorte - 1976 .
