Hi - Don't know, sorry. It's not designed to take a DB killer so no idea on how this would affect power.

This was with standard headers. You can't get a mid-pipe for the 2017/18 CBR1000RR without cutting the headers, but you can get full decat/open headers from Akrapovic. Have a look on our website for more information. (www.performanceparts-ltd.com)

Many bikes will flame on the over run even with a cat fitted. It seems to vary bike to bike.

Awesome blue fire! I just got cbr1000rr 2017. Do you need to do anything else or tune the engine to get the akrapovio exhaust to spit fire out? I guess this exhaust must be really loud by looking at the size of it

No engine tuning required. Yes is is very loud with this end can. From memory the bike was mapped, but not specifically to do this. It just ended up doing it.

Hi - Yes a quickshifter can be added to the CBR1000RR.

It depends how high in the rev range and how much throttle you use. Akrapovic claim noise at 114dB @ 6.5k rpm. Standard noise is 99.5 at the same RPM. It is much smaller and lighter too!
