Heutzutage singt mein "Namensvetter" Bariton. Früher hatte er die Stimme eines unendlich begabten Engels, und heute ist sie beinahe göttlich. Einem jungen Menschen darf man so etwas natürlich nicht sagen. Ich bete zu Gott und hoffe, daß er den verdienten Ruhm verträgt und ein Mensch bleibt. Und, daß die gegenwärtigen Veränderungen mit der Ausbreitung und Begrüßung einer "Kultur" im gesamten West- und Nordeuropa, in der die Unsrige nichts gilt, sein Leben und seine Entwicklung als Künstler nicht beeinträchtigen. Sein Erfolg wird ihm aber (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Menschen) jede Chance geben, auch in anderen Gegenden dieser schönen Welt seinen Platz zu finden. Die Begeisterung für solche wundervolle Musik und ihre begabten Interpreten wird nicht überall auf der Welt aussterben. Wenigstens dessen bin ich mir sicher.

@@zachuram It's called growing up. His voice wasn't going to be a soprano for ever. It would be either a tenor or baritone. With the proper training and the knowledge how to use his voice correctly and wisely, he will have a fantastic future as an operatic baritone, should he choose that path.
