V-Trigger 2 was overhauled to allow cancelling into normal, non-ex specials. Powered up Red Fireball can be done independently of his V-Skill 2.

@@jimwatson3112 Street Fighter fans really are the most ungrateful fans I've ever seen. Capcom does everything for this game, the CPT, DLC and free version updates when new versions release that include older DLC. You've got a company fully supporting the competitive scene and fans still act like this. (And yes, the new licensing stuff is pretty whack but I doubt it will be as harsh as it currently seems to be. That's also not what most people complain about)

@@otastar4887 you're clearly underestimating vskill 2 and v trigger 2. No one was using em til now. It's got potential for combo damage even if it uses some if not most meter. Plus it made his neutral somewhat better. V skill 2 is just as good as v skill 1 if not better. What's the point of being conservative with meter if you're not gonna use it to the fullest? You might as well start a losing streak on purpose bruh. He's more viable this time around but there's still things to be desired with him. No denying that.

You must do the V-Skill 2 before hand, where he stomps and the red symbol appears behind him. This enhances your next red fireball, also you must be in V-Trigger 1 at the time, since that enhances your regular fireball. So basically you need a V-Skill 2 enhanced, EX red fireball.
