@@dush.1746 the s l a p does much more max damage, but much more minimum damage, I think max damage is close to 700 damage if I’m not mistaken. But it’s on a spot where both the air and ground hit box connect, which is nearly impossible to connect on a player who knows how to block.

I remember when I got into Street Fighter 3 for the first time a couple years ago I would play it at Chinatown Arcade. You'd see the really good players there.
