Started with no subweapons, subweapons only used during the boss.
The showing off I do at the beginning is completely unnecessary and, while consistent, decently risky.
In the first vertical section, the crows can be dealt with relatively consistently to my knowledge, so misdirecting the first one at the start by going to the left should always work, and so should baiting the next one - however, I might be wrong about this, as their behavior can vary heavily, even if from my experience, it's caused by playing differently, such as not despawning the first crow. The Axe Armor randomly chooses attacks, so it's best to stay around the middle of that platform and keep attacking if it does upward throws.
The section afterwards can be consistently skipped without issue. The first Spear Knight in the clocktower section can be dealt with without much issue, as even in the rare case of it going backwards you can wait for it a little and then start attacking it before it can change direction or do it's pinch attack.
The second, however, can be a significantly difficult opponent - it's best to try and get two hits in before it assumes position, and then move ~4 steps from the start of the stairs and keep hitting him, holding up for a bit to land on the stairs and repeat. The biggest issue with this are the bats, whose hitboxes appear to vary on each frame of animation, ranging from relatively unthreatening to very scary vertically, and their movement pattern makes them slightly more difficult to hit. None of this matters if the Spear Knight, at any point, decides to significantly back down - be it after a few hits, or, as seen in the video, the moment it appears.
After this, the section is relatively consistent, though it's still important to keep track of bat spawns and remember that you can get on the gears with relative ease if done correctly. The horizontal area afterwards is consistent and easy to deal with, despite it's seemingly scary nature - the red skull enemies appear once you reach specific spots, and the red Axe Armor can be bypassed as it's hitboxes are disabled during it's own i-frames, allowing you to make use of the ramming attack it tends to use so frequently to your own benefit.
The Medusa Head vertical section is the last before the boss, and it's also rather consistent as long as you keep moving in a consistent manner: however, the last bit in particular can be rather scary, leaving you to gears and a moving platform while Medusa Heads spawn. While you can try to get favorable spawn cycles by waiting and attacking them until you get a good opportunity, you can also risk and try to balance yourself on a gear before the moving platform is available while dodging the Medusa Head, which is what I did. If it comes from the left, attacking it in the air requires very specific timing.
I've already described the boss in my other video, but having knives allows you to hit him more without having to get as close, making it harder to compromise yourself. However, the knife throwing animation can also be your end in of itself if you're reckless and let Death or sickles get close while you spam them. In phase 2, the item crush can be used to give yourself i-frames, but the best way to handle things is to whip him as he ends the rolling attack, then begin the item crush for easy damage spam.
Do NOT do what I did on the second rolling attack and do the item crush without whipping him to make him begin the slash attack, that will allow him to release those red particles and deal less damage to him. In spite of that, I managed to recover, and in an odd irony, the last hit was just as he ended the next rolling attack. How silly of me!
