I love Al Bairre, but to make any of these vlogs more exciting you're gonna need to spice up that introduction and sound like you actually want to be making the vlog. Start the video off stronger to capture the audiences attention; anything other than "I'm going to be talking about (x) today". Also, don't sound too rehearse. Rather than talk the whole video, take breaks to let the audience capture where you went a bit- and play more audio of footage to put the audience in the environment you travelled. I love Al Bairre, but there's just a tip.
