अलीगढ़ की मशहूर चटपटी चाट आलू के बरुले | Aloo Barule Recipe | Aloo Recipes | Street Food Recipe

Aloo ke barule

Ingredients
Baby potatoes
500 gms
Red chilli powder
1 tbsp
Salt
½ tbsp
Coriander & jeera powder
½ tbsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Amchur powder
½ tbsp
Chilli flakes
½ tbsp
Ajwain
½ tsp
Besan
4 tbsp
Cornflour
2 tbsp
Water
as needed
Oil
for deep frying
Chaat masala
½ tbsp
Radish grated
for garnish
Raw mango julienne
for garnish
Green chutney
Coriander
1 cup
Mint leaves
½ cup
Salt
½ tsp
Garlic
5-6 cloves
Green chilli
2 pcs
Roasted jeera powder
1 tsp
Water
as required
Lemon juice
½ tbsp
Method
For chutney:
Add all ingredients in a mixer jar and blend it.
Then add lemon juice, mix it and keep aside.
For Aloo ke Barule:
In a pressure cooker add baby potato, water and pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles.
Once done, strain it and transfer it to a bowl.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander & jeera powder, amchur powder, chilli flakes, ajwain and mix it.
Then add besan, cornflour and mix it.
Sprinkle some water, mix it and make sure each piece has a thin coating.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, add baby potatoes one by one and fry them until they get crisp.
Remove it on a plate and let the excess oil drain.
Now, in a bowl add fried barule, green chutney, some chaat masala and mix it.
Plate it on a dish and add grated radish on top.

Na to aap par banaane aye or na hi bolna ki isko kehte kya hain isko barola nahi barula kehte hain, or itne bade aaloo nahi liye jate isme jitne aapne liye iske liye aaloo jitne chote honge utna badiya or chatni mein aap ne main cheej to dali hi nahi or wo hai palak. Khair aapne aligarh ke kon se ilaake mein khaye zara ye hi bata do ye milenge aapko purane aligarh mein. Aapne copy karne ki koshish ki magar aapse hui nahi or ek or khaas baat barule ke bare mein inko 2 baar fry kiya jaata hai ek baar sabut or dusri baar inko fod ke tab aata hai barule ka asli test
