Soft Idli Batter Recipe is today's video about. Friends, Idli is one of the healthiest and very popular & chosen south Indian breakfast of south India, However, you can find it across whole India. Today I am sharing with you a perfect method of making restaurant style soft and spongy Idli at home. I shared all tips and tricks with which you can easily make perfectly steamed Idli.
This is simply a steamed cake made from fermented rice and urad dal with few other ingredients which is considered to be a most favoured breakfast of India. It is served with Sambhar, Coconut Chutney. I hope you would like this recipe to try at home and share your feedback about this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Boiled Rice (बोइल्ड चावल)
Krishna Kamod, Kanki, Parimal, Khichdi Rice can also be used
कृष्ण कामोद, कनकी, परिमल, खिचड़ी का चावल भी इस्तमाल कर सकते है
1 cup Urad Dal (उरद की दाल)
½ cup Rice Poha (चावल का पोहा)
1 glass Water (पानी)
½ cup sour Curd (खट्टा दहीं)
¼ cup Water (पानी)
1.5 tsp Salt (नमक)
1 Sachet ENO (इनो)
1 tsp Oil (तेल)
