Al Rehman Chiken Biryani (Karachi Kharadar Ki Mashoor)King Chef Shahid Jutt G.A Pakistan

Famous al rehman biryani
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg.
Potato 4.
Oil 1/2 cup.
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs.
Red chilli powder 1 and half tbs.
Dhania powder 11/2 tbs.
Zeera powder 1 tsp.
Salt as per ur taste.
Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
Haldi 1 tsp.
Chicken powder 1 tbs.
Whole garam masala 2 tbs. ( I took 12-15 black pepper,7-8 cloves,6 green cardamom,2 black cardamom,dar cheeni and 2 star anise).
For layering.
1 cup brown onion
Tomatoes 2 big. Thinly sliced.
Green chillies 15 to 20
Aloo bukhara 8.
Coriander n mint leaves. 1 bunch of each.
Zafrani kewra 3 tbs.
Food color 1 tsp.
For rice.
I used 1 kg sela rice Soak for 2 hours then boil with 3tbsp salt
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste. Add chicken n fry for 2 mins with ginger garlic paste. Add 2 big glasses of water then add whole garam masala,red chilli,dhania,haldi,chkn powwder ,salt,zeera powder. Add potatoes n cook with chicken till it changes color. I cooked it for 10 mins.
Now mix hara masala,tomatoes,green chillies,aloo bukhara n fried onion together. Put the mixture over ur chicken curry add food color,zafrani kewra,garam masala powder. Now add rice over the masala, drizzle little oil or ghee on top.Cover and cook on high flame for 8 to 10mins then put it on dum for 5-10 mins
