I noticed that too. But what's perhaps more interesting is that the sign also says "No phones". This was like in the early 1990s or perhaps late 1980s, where few people had cell phones. Back then they were called cell phones, not smartphones, and you couldn't use them to take pictures. They had no in-built cameras back then. So it's a bit interesting that the sign says "No phones" although you couldn't use them to take pictures then. Only talking, but I don't see how/if that would be annoying.

What I like about this clip, is it doesn't exactly demean the ladies working, but some that visit the clubs, but subtlety.

Every single episode of this show was top tier satire. It went out of its way to do it. And still so many missed it.

@@mycroft16It was satire against traditional sitcoms. It wasn't intended to be satire on its own. There are some good interviews from the producers that explain it.

This brings back hilarious and fun memories. Our family used to watch Married With Children all the time. During this episode my pre-teen son asked what a nudie-bar was. I told him is was a place where men go to pay money to watch women take off their clothes and dance. Best father answer I could give at the time without getting to graphic. I'll never forget it. His next words were, "Why would anyone do that?" I managed to keep my composure. I told him. "Ask me again son when you are 18 years old". True story; he never did. The innocence was youth. What a blessing.

@@idrinkyourmilkshake1882 He was blessed. When you endeavor to parent, and you want to do it correctly, it takes all of your time and love. Your life is not your own for at least 18 years; I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir. Amazingly, sometimes he actually feels guilty for having grown up with two parents. Some of his best friends did not. He says he was given an unfair advantage. I had to talk him out of that mindset. I tell him just go with what you were given and make the best of it; be always thankful; all good gifts come down from the Father above. He's doing well out there. Thanks for replying; your simple comment really touched my heart. Take care, Detective John Kimble - thanks for your service.
