This Crimson football inspired wreath is handmade using three different colors of 10 inch mesh. The base is white iridescent. On top of that is, alternated, crimson and black and white basket weave mesh. The ruffle method was used on the base of this wreath. curls were added on top using the same crimson and black and white mesh. It measures 25 inches across and is 7 inches deep. It's made using four different ribbons. One is a 2.5 inch hounds tooth wired ribbon. The second is a 2.5 inch plain gray wired ribbon. There is also a pink 1.5 inch ribbon hounds tooth with glitter A's running down it. Lastly is the 1.5 inch red wired ribbon with hounds tooth running down the center. This wreath will look amazing displayed on your door or anywhere in your home. Show your Football Pride!

What was your total cost to make the wreath (for supplies) and how long did it take you to make?

It was a while ago when I made this so I’m not 100% sure but I think this one was $40-$50 on supply costs. I made two at the same time so that’s the cost for both. It took me about 2 hours.

Will the 6in Dollar wreath mesh give the same effect? What will you recommend using dollar tree items?

You could do the ruffle method with dollar tree mesh but I don’t think it will look the same. This mesh has the tweed effect which causes it to fluff out more, it’s stiffer. I suggest if using 6 inch mesh using two pieces side by side. You slightly overlap them in the middle and ruffle up the center. I hope that makes sense.
