Yes. Aapko iron tablet leni chahie. Me "Richar CR" iron ki tablet le rahi hu. Aap doctor se puch k iron ki proper tablet start kar dijiye. Aur ha iron tablet ki side effects hoti hai. Muje starting me vomiting ki problem rehti ti jo ab thik ho gai hai.
