It's wonderful that Alamat isn't afraid to embrace the other cultures and languages in the Philippines, not just Tagalog. 😊 The song features the Cebuano language and the MV celebrates Bicolano and Visayan mythology. We need more mainstream Filipino music acts to show that you can be Filipino in many ways. + Love the fact that the magindara, Jane de Leon, is Bisaya too in real life. She has called herself "half-Bisaya" and is trying to learn Cebuano because her family is mixed Bohol-Bisaya and Tagalog

They are not embracing different languages its the members own ethnic local languages. When they started as 9 member group they even have chavacano language representative from Zamboanga but due to personal reason he had to beg off from continuing (Sometimes you can see this former member comments on Alamat youtube channel)
