Thanks for the feedback. Compact and Midsize SUVs could be any also from my National or Enterprise videos at MIA airport. They all share the same fleet. Alamo at Miami Airport has great customer service and I highly recommend them (along with National/Enterprise out there).

Thanks for watching and the feedback. More and more new vehicles are showing up everytime I go. Things should be in really good shape when you arrive in a couple weeks! I'm not sure what exactly these days is a midsize SUV but I have seen a couple of new Toyota RAV 4's, Ford Escapes and Ford Edges all brand new. Those might be compact SUVs except maybe the Edge.

Hi, have you ever noticed a separate line for off-road vehicles at Alamo Miami? Got an offer for Jeep Wrangler 4drs but the code says FJAR and not IFAR or SFAR as I would've guessed, as Jeeps were in the SUV lines as far as I remember. We don't need off road, so a SUV would be our preferred choice. Keep up the great work Cheers

​@@MichaelWerschnik At first they wanted to assign us a vehicle from a lower category, like Nissan Frontier and Toyota Tacoma, because there was no PPAR available. Then we pointed out that we wanted to drive a PPAR and the guy at the Alamo desk organized a Dodge RAM classic. After that everything was great. In Germany we drive an electric car and the Dodge was a great experience and pleasent contrast. Good luck for you and a smooth ride.

@ Adventures on the Road: hi, thanks for useful videos. 1) Have you seen new Escalades at Alamo in MIA (or at least old)? I've booked Luxury SUV, but would hate to get Infinity QX80. Maybe swap at the location to a new Suburban would be better even than old Escalade and definitely than Infinity 2) Have you seen any luxury sedans at Alamo (LCAR). Cadillacs have been discontinued, do they have chryslers c300 now? thanks a lot

The new Escalades are slowly starting to show up and I have seen a couple of them at different locations. Enterprise/Alamo and National are all the same company and share the same fleet. I seem to recall the Escalades are typically parked in the row or two beside Enterprise Exotics in the Enterprise side. Although these days they can be parked anywhere even over by Alamo.

Great question. Could be any of the following Audi A3, BMW 330i, Volvo S60, Audi A5, BMW 530i and I think I’ve seen some Mercedes’ C300s at some locations.

Mostly Ecoboost from what I can recall. There could be a couple of 5.0L Mustangs in the fleet however. Definitely they do have a couple V8 SS Camaro Convertibles.

This one was filmed over a couple visits. Early in the morning is generally better. On Saturdays and Sundays inventory can get low but I would say we head into the summer there will likely be less people renting. Also keep in mind a lot of new cars finally showing up as well. National/Alamo and Enterprise all share the same fleet so they will find a car somewhere for you even if it's not parked at Alamo.

Hi, it was me that asked about the minivans, we are flying from the UK to Melbourne Florida in August and all that was available to book with the package for six of us that includes Alamo rental was a minivan, although I would have preferred a full size SUV. what I wanted to know was; 1, do they normally have any SUV's in that aisle or would I need to enquire on site to upgrade ? 2, If we have to take a minivan what is the best to go for (hopefully with Apple Carplay) ? Great questions, the good news is the Pacifica Minivan's all have Apple Car Play and the same infotainment system as in the other Chrysler / Dodge vehicles. You could certainly inquire about upgrading or exchanging to an SUV you when you arrive if they have one available. They could let you know if there would be an additional charge. Almost at Miami airport does have great customer service. Have a good trip!

Premium would be something like a Nissan Maxima or a Chrysler 300. Good call renting a premium. I used to do that a lot as it would at least guarantee you one of those. And if they didn't have any they would have to upgrade you to something better.

Have a look at my March video for National which also covers Enterprise and their exotics row. There are definitely more Maserati Ghibli however at the 4 minute and 30 second Mark is that possibly a Mercedes AMG at the end of the row there before I turn back into the isle. Great question, I didn't realize there were different versions but going to the website I see there are a couple. At MIA they had 3 of them. One was an SQ4. The other two were Modena's and the bar code sticker indicated they were both 2022's. The SQ4 was locked and had no bar code sticker on the windshield. Is the SQ4 still available in 2022? I didn't see it on the website maybe this is an older model? In any case look for another update video coming out for MIA National/Enterprise where I do a bit of a tour from the exterior of the 3 cars they had there. I didn't realize these mostly have twin turbo V6's but they sure do sound amazing.

With National you can choose your own vehicle from the aisle if you are part of the emerald club. Alamo at Miami Airport is pretty awesome they will most likely give you a choice from what they have available when you arrive. National/Enterprise/Alamo are all the same company and share the same fleet just different brands.

Great question and to be honest with you I haven't seen a lot of luxury cars lately. Don't worry they do have them and they will find something for you if you have a reservation. I'll try and point out any I see in future videos.

They’ll likely give you a choice between a couple different cars in the category you booked depending on what they have available. Alamo at Miami airport has amazing customer service! Highly recommend them.

@@rodito1973 The website lists a Chrysler 300 or similar. I haven’t seen very many of these so they would likely offer you something that is full size elite which is one category higher. That could be a Volvo S60, Audi A5 or any number of BMW sedans. MIA has a lot of new Volvo S60s. As always it really depends what they have available when you show up that isn’t current rented.
