Older versions of the program are named Flash, whereas newer versions are called Animate. Adobe decided to change the name to make a bit more sense, and reduce confusion (presumably).

@@manglemonster Actually, they renamed it because Flash and Flash Player were starting to be considered obsolete compared to technologies like HTML5. So, Adobe decided to update Flash to not only work with Flash Player, but with more platforms including HTML5, and they renamed it.

+Yash Jakhmola that's the one thing I didn't do in Flash. I used Adobe After Effects, I duplicated the animation into two layers, made the top one a little bigger in scale, made a solid layer and put it over the two other layers, and used generate > circle on it. then I set the animation that I made bigger to track matte alpha. then I animated the "radius" and "edge radius" values of the circle. Didn't want to make a whole tutorial about it but that's how it was done.
