kad kidd Pivot is a program in which you create stick figures with joints and move them frame by frame, while flash is an animation program that uses drawn frames. The end.

Nobody exports as an AVI anymore to upload to youtube. Nowadays people use SWF converters, much more convenient and keeps the most quality in.

Man, our pc is broken, so I can only use macromedia flash on my laptop. To add frames I have to manually hit "insert blank frame". Its a freaking pain having to click the frames in instead of just hitting f7. If I hit f7 it just turns down the volume.. it sucks.
