I was in the Student Union in the fall of 1969. A young man in uniform came in with a young lady. He didn't make it 20 feet before he was surrounded, spit on and called a baby killer. There were about 30 ppl in this mob. I was horrified that a man in uniform and his friend could be treated this way. They turned around and left the building. The mob was so proud and self congratulatory at what they had done. That event changed my life. I graduated in 68 and had already lost 3 High School buddies to that Damned war.

Shalom Alan, thank you for another excellent Lamestream news video! My grandfather & uncle (mom’s oldest brother) served in WW2 & my dad & another uncle (mom’s sister’s husband) served in the Vietnam war & my dad has shrapnel embedded under his skin as a result & my uncle had part of his left upper arm blown off, so you are correct in people not fully realizing what those soldiers went through over there. My dad returned so mentally traumatized that he slept with a knife under his pillow and my mom would wake up to him holding the knife to her throat because he was having a flashback & thought she was a Viet Cong. Mom endured this for a long time, but eventually divorced him because she lived in a state of terror, never knowing when one of his flashbacks was going to end up with him killing her. When I was a kid I used to ask my uncle about his time served in Vietnam, but I stopped asking him about it when I got old enough to see & understand the hurt in his eyes. All war is bad, but Vietnam was especially horrific & brutal. And when the Gulf of Tonkin was exposed as being a false flag operation verified by our government’s own documents released in 2005, I have witnessed more than one Vietnam vet express feelings of deep hurt and betrayal to discover the Vietnam war was based on a lie perpetrated by their own government. All our vets deserve much respect for risking their lives to defend this country and its freedoms, even though our rights are being slowly taken away one by one. They don’t get the respect they deserve as evidenced in part by the subpar medical care they receive at Veteran’s hospitals. I, like you, have a great deal of appreciation & respect for all our service men & women and the sacrifices they have made for America. May Yahuah bless you abundantly Alan! ❤️

Shalom, everyone! So enjoyed your PT, Alan, and laughed and cried with you, as always. My grandfather served on a minesweeper in WWII and was "never the same" as so many veterans aren't when they return...maybe none are. The cost is beyond imagination! HalleluYAH the King of kings will be reigning on earth very shortly with no more war.

Thanks for making a special call out to the Vets of the Vietnam war Alan. I remember when the 'boys" came back from Vietnam and they couldn't get jobs. They seemed so displaced to me at the time. . No one ever talked about it. Everyone was so proud to be a WW11 Vet or a Korean Vet. This entire bunch of young men were just floating around , some homeless and all of them hopeless. What a sad chapter in American history. . This life isn't easy, but sometimes it only takes a hand shake to lift up a heart. I"m so glad to hear that you go out of your way to do that !!

Ahmein, Denise. That was a time of complete upheaval, so much like we are today--about 50 years ago...drugs, violence, riots, racial tensions, sexual perversion, homelessness and joblessness. It's like it was almost a "practice run" of what we're seeing today. So many of our young vets now are coming out of just a short time in the military and they're lost and disabled, mentally and physically. Makes me so sad. Shalom Sister!

Hi Camilla !! You're so right. I never thought of the parallels between that time and this. It really could have been "a practice run", as you say. Something in society had changed back then, and quickly ! I feel the Vietnam war changed the climate of American society , and actually the World society, forever. I still can't believe it was such a complete and almost sudden upheaval in only a few short years. I guess somehow, society was ready for such a drastic change for the worse. "They" see it as better tho.....UHHHH

mokiigirl I watched a documentary on 1968 last night. I rarely watch anything on the boob tube but I was stunned at the similarities to our current timeframe and I couldn't stop watching. I was a small child then and had no idea how bad the riots were back then. It really is amazing how much these two time periods mirror each other in so many profound ways. Even the clothing styles, glasses, hairdos and beards, the whole hippie vibe has been made hip again...nothing new under the sun, I guess🤓 Much love to you!

Oh Wow...if I had known, I would have gone over my fathers to watch it. I actually love the late 60's style. I was a little hippie then , and an old hippie now. You're so right, nothing new under the sun. BUT...something NEW is on it's way soon ! Ahmein. Big hug back at ya.

mokiigirl It was actually on CNN (blah) so I bet you could google it. It was actually very eye opening and I couldn't help but think how even just rehashing all that can cause angst and division. Coincidence?? 😏. I think we are a product of the same genre, Sister! Born in 1964...bellbottom baby😉💕. Cami

Thanks Alan. I do have a topic I'd like to dig into in the livestream or a separate video (if you're up to it Alan). This week JD took a little detour from his typical prophecy update. I liked that he did that and offered some encouragement. But, I'm remembering your Netchatef special updates and those were so amazing and encouraging (and a lot of work I'm sure). I know I would really like to go over a recap of major events since the blood moons with our group. I'd like to take a step back and see the big picture that Abba is accomplishing since then. I'm sure everyone in this group, including me, could start listing them off. But that just isn't the same thing as reviewing it together. It's like an explosion of critical events. BTW, my husband's dad fought in vietnam. I met Brhian (pronounced Brian) when he came back to Riverside, CA for his dad's funeral. I never got to meet his dad but he fought in WWII, Vietnam, Asia pacific, north korea, was part of the black sheep squadran (i got to see his sash), was on the front lines in Normandy. Brhian describes his dad as a cross between the Sargent in Full Metal Jacket and Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman.

Shalom Alan I am a Veteran and I thank you so much for your loving words! Debbie’s uncle is a Vietnam Veteran, nearing 70 years old, and he still struggles daily with reliving the horror that he endured. The thought of anyone spitting etc on any Vet, especially those who are Vietnam Vets just turns my stomach! I can’t imagine going through what they did. Abba forgive them, they have no idea what they have done! Again, thank you Alan! Much Love to you Chavari

Ahmein, Dave and Debbie! Thank you Dave!! We knew you were a special guy! :) My Dad sits with a little man named Bernie at his table in the Memory Care unit and he is a WWII vet--apparently very decorated, but he has no family that ever comes to visit and it just breaks my heart. He is the sweetest little fellow and he SO appreciates a mention of his service. Sometimes he wears his "vet" cap to the table, but he always takes it off to eat, which he can barely do because he is so frail. You're right, David, we have no clue what horrors they suffered--any of them. And are still suffering today. We owe them our utmost respect and gratitude.

Question for livestream: My 30 year old son and only child suffered greatly when his father and I divorced. Albeit Our son was 18 and graduating from high school at the time he was in no way ready for his parents break-up like we thought he might be. Today he suffers from bi-polar OCD ADHD and psychotic episodes ( Schizophrenia). Our son remains in my care and his father has moved on with a beautiful wife with normal grown children and grandchildren. I have had the opportunity to remarry but interpretation of scripture compels me to remain single an opinion that you also hold. However, our son seems to continue to be the consequence of our sin. He's an adult but his absent life (absent of friends or relationships) and struggle with mental illness keeps him isolated in despair. Before our break-up He was talented and engaged in life with dreams for a future. Now he is disabled with a cabinet full of prescriptions to calm the demonic voices in his head. 2 weeks from Sunday, I've booked a deliverance minister to come to our house. This is a minister that friends of mine found relief from with their own schizophrenic son. Their boy (also 30) is no longer on meds. My son is a believer but feels forsaken by God. He is open for a deliverance session to set right his spirit and soul. Do you think that mental illness can indeed be demonic possession/oppression brought on by emotional trauma that can benefit from folks with the gift of deliverance. Thank you and Alan and Kar Giver for your commitment in guiding Elohim's flock.

shalom everyone, Alan and kar, just wanted you to give an opinion but as to my knowledge Turkey meat is a kind of vulture and not fowl apparently evident by the lack of feather on neck and head. how do you feel about this? message received 😂 thanks for the reply, I'm pretty healthy and it appears the unclean meats actually do have some bad traits so it's more for ther health other than the concern of turning my diet into works, but I do always have the word on my mind so it sways my thoughts quite a bit which I suppose is a good sign. as always thanks for taking time from your unbelievable work, on yhwhs behalf, that you have brought to my life with your clear translations of the word, the reason I'm reading the halleluyah scriptures.

Kar Giver I realise it doesn't say Turkey but it does say vulture and after their kind. I think we are deceived by the word poultry which just generalised the birds we have domesticised rather than what's considered fowl. word play again might have us fooled, always wondered why Turkey and ham has taken over as the holiday choices. israelitenation.com/2016/04/07/887/ just to clear up where I was reading this from. thanks again
