Biggest Alan fan. From joining newc after Blackburn, being part of top sides likes Bobby robson, being a saviour for many seasons hitting 20-30-35 goals whatever, his passing, leadership, and also ENGLAND! He’s mature, a proper man, a wonderful guy to have around, and he’s top class witty as well. His analysis is spot on people think it’s old fashioned and boring n he holds back. He took over on MOTD from Gary’s mate, and is always the best on telling it how it is. You can NOT beat shearer. Best player of premier league history by far. Henry yes had more ability and was better overall, Rooney was near about, Lampard was sensational on the pitch not just goals, scholes great in united team, but shearer from his stats, leadership, that lost art that is an old fashioned target man, centre forward whatever ya like, he’s outstanding.
