My favorite Easter Egg of Alan Wake is definitely "MIRRA WAS HERE" I had just finished a playthrough of Max Payne 2 and that motivated me to get Alan Wake, so seeing that throw-back was a great moment.

Very informative, magnificently done! But you forgot the Taken who appears above Moonshine Cave in Episode 2! He can be seen by entering the cave and then looking up as you're approaching the sign posted there. He walks in place for just a moment before disappearing ;)

One Easter egg that you missed is the title of Alan Wake's books (can be examined the first time you go to his apartment). One is titled Return to Sender (tv show in Max Payne) and some are definite references to the Max Payne series.
