The champion of light hindered effect is so earned. Against a good killer it’s so hard to hit a save anyway, it’s very risky, so getting extra distance for the survivor you save is awesome but not unbalanced at all. Has the chance to give a hard tunneled survivor a bit more distance to work with.

Yeah not at all. Billy wasn't as weak as everyone said all the limiter/Overheat did original was taken him from the second best killer. With high skill celling (that anyone would get close to) to harder for newer players. Still got my shit wrecked by Billy if they are good

Flashlight perk gives me the same vibes as distortion... except instead of some idiot hiding in the corner of the map until endgame, we have an idiot doing nothing but running around failing flashlights until they get 3 hooked. Cool perk, but I think it's going to attract "that type" of player.

Champion's just going to get nerfed to hell, which really it shouldn't since your flashlight runs out, then that's it. Plus, a lot of killers I go against are the teleporting/fast type anyway. And it's not like they dont have lightborn or just look away anyway.

I doubt it since it will only get use in 1 chase, if the survivor is able to last long enough in chase to get constant use then the killer is not playing well

Only one perk is somewhat usefull in this chapter XDXD. Normaly I would say that they are joking but it's behaviour so obviously it's not. At least that first perk with flashlights is useable, more penalty for killers for leting survs blind them. I can almost hear all baby killers already shouting for nerf. Even if all they have to do to counter this is just looking up XDXDXD.

Champion of light gonna probably be nerf because ppl will cry that only bully squad take the perk. Deadline is kinda good, doesn't feel like the perk is problematic since you need to be injured and all. The boon in another hand, is terrible. I was so happy to see a boon perk (after being left behind for a long time) but the perk is not good. First seeing chest is USELESS, nobody will loose time to open chest (beside rift challenge) and the gen part is not that good too because : 1 useless for swf because they already have communication, 2 not that good in solo q because obv we take "déjà vu" and the other that just don't care about gen will not care more because they see them. The perk could be fine if it show Gen and something else more useful (ppl or totem or pallet idk) but not chest. So I feel like the perk gonna be not used in solo q and swf so used by nobody.

Champion of Light should be 10% hindered, or Shadowborn should give 20% haste. Killer perks should be stronger than survivor perks or as powerful at least, because they can bring 4 times less perks. So you should be able to counter the hindered effect with shadowborn.

Yep that should be nerfed before full release. Survivor perks like this should be 1/4th the strength of killer perks but 5% hindered is kinda low. 20% tho is way too high.

@@itsconnrr There are 4 survivors, only 1 killer. Survivors perks should never give a better bonus than a killer can counter because survivors can bring that perk x4. Even with shadowborn you still get 10% hindered with it. Lightborn will be a necessity when this goes live.

I mean if you get blinded your best option is to kick the pallet unless you have your volume at max to hear where they’re going, half the duration is gone by the time you can even see again so if you’re not getting stunned by a pallet you shouldn’t be getting blinded after it’s thrown unless it’s a god pallet and that’s still with no addons with odd bulb you’ll be blind the whole time and probably lose them regardless. Also lightborn exists

Well i was getting extremely cringy from all Lightborne players and memers, seeing them speaking in all cases "im gonna use lightborne", and in general i always considered this perk as a weste of slot, but... With this broken shit perk i really consider using lightborne on all m1 killers, at least when i see more of 1 flashlights in the lobby. 20% slow for 6 sec is INSANE, its guaranteed skip of two tiles and repositioning to the third before killer catches up, also he will lose chase and all bl stacks. This shit is simply not allowed to be released
