T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.
T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.
Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” - Alan Watts.
Enjoy!

Unfortunately they would NEVER teach things like this in schools. They prefer the youth as confused and lost as possible. Imagine a world where EVERYONE identifies with the self and other - no black, white, making excuses about the past. Believe me the establishment would crumble under its own feet if 1/3 of the population understood half of Alan Watts truths and insight.

Reyna Singh I wish more people had this perspective. They cannot see how lucky they are to experience life. Sure, some people have terrible experiences and therefore their perspective on the world is a negative one. However, if they/we change their/our perspectives on the past and learn from it then they could see just how magnificent life truly is.

But what this insight depended upon was your overcoming the illusion that "space" actually separates things. Alan Watts He dissects every aspect of life. Ive never heard anyone communicate as eloquent, substantive, informative, and entertaining. Mr. Watts is the true definition of wise. He is a man who was of such fine quality character that he is in a group of people and shared by few. He died before i was born and this world is a worse place without him. Thank you for being you and inspiring me to want to become the kind of man that i now know i am able to be. Imagine the impact youbstill have on this planet today. You are only a memory, your voice capture on audio and there is also film of you. It is a reflection of your physical being and those same words you spoje all of those years ago are just as, if not more accurate or more widely known because youbare more of an icon in 2020 because everything youve taught and shared has proven every single time to be universal truths for every human regardless of race

@@anandkhari8986 The more you meditate, the less you are exposed to "novelty" during meditation. You get used to the sensations, and they feel less special. Jhana however, should feel more or less the same every time! In theory, you should take about 60 minutes of time, gradually calm your thoughts until you cannot notice your breath anymore and then switch your attention to the physical sensation of you smiling or the warmth of your cupped hands. After a while of not drifting away from that sensation you should enter Jhana.
