Alana try my flourless ones. They're extremely healthy. I use coconut oil bc aside from cold pressed flax it's the only oil that does not turn to trans fat when heated. I use hazelnuts and I add banana or vannila or blueberries right into the dough So grab 2 hands full of hazelnuts and roast them. When cool, rub them all crazy with a dish towel, the skin needs to come off, so pancakes aren't bitter. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, bit sea salt and whatever flavor you'd like - blueberries or banana or strawberry, then blend. Add one spoon of coconut yoghurt so pancakes are fluffy and on coconut oil make the packages flipping often. I prefer thin but it's your choice. When they are done, set aside. In a blender blend one ripe avocados with a spoon of cacao and some almond milk. Smudge the chocolate mousse between the pancakes as you pike them up or make your pancakes really thin and roll them up with mousse inside like I do. Either choice you add maple syrup or raw unfiltered honey, coconut shreds or hemp hearts or grated walnuts. All will taste incredible. @kunfufuel on Instagram xo

about your back. a long time ago I was told I needed spinal fusion surgery and would never surf again. 2nd opinion was many months of PT and a big focus on Ab strengthening. It's just 4 simple exercises and NO situps. that was 30 years ago. I'm now 56 YO and still enjoy surfing. JS because I never see you incorporating ABs in your routine. good luck.
