I did my A Levels in Lancaster in the mid 70's and stayed with a wonderful Scottish landlady. I was fortunate enough to have a match teacher who hired a van & took us a group of multinational students Youth Hostelling for 2 weeks during Spring all over Scotland including the Isle of Skye, Edungburgh, Loch Ness, Glencoe & Fort Williams. In the early 90's when I came back to the UK to do my Masters in Manchester, I took my young family round beautiful Scotland. By the way, I'm here after watching your Edinburgh episode. Thank you for helping me relive beautiful memories from days gone by.

The last time i;m in Scotland in 2010 and 2014 for my daughter graduation in Glasgow University, rent a car driving to Glencoe (Skyfall film location), small town Oban eating the best fish and chip there, travel to Scotish highland and visited beautiful Edinburgh Castle
