Alana, if you plan to shop at any open market, bring a big recycle canvas bag that can fit in all your purchases of foods, snacks and etc and carry it on your shoulder. I find it very convenient, especially when both of my hands are always free to pick anything from the open markets.

No, it's not difficult. We are used to it. We start doing it at 6 or 8. It's harder to fast in summers like June and July. In winters, it's pretty easy beacuse one does not feel thirsty.
