RTC is Rural Transformation Centre. There are other one is UTC is Urban Transformation Centre. UTC Building is located beside KB Mall.

That kind of tudung is the easiest and fastest to put on. No frills kind of tudung. I love wearing it now, since I am at a stage of not caring for the looks anymore. It’s always comfort and timing as priority now.
