This is my go to attachment when I don’t have time to curl it. It looks so put together in very little time. I usually use the fly away attachment at the end - yes it’s the hair dryer attachment and you twist where the air comes from to the fly away section. It works really well to tame any last fly always that are left at the end.

Today I tried your technique and guess wat my hair became so smooth and frizz free . I cannot believe this. This smoothing attachment has been lying in my airwrap case for so long, could not figured out how to use this in a correct way. Whenever I tried to do this my hair becomes a frizz mess. 🤦🏼♀️ . I m soooo happy now I can finally figured out how to use this attachment. Credit goes to you my lovely Alana 😘😘❤️💖❤️💖.

The smoothing brush is my fave. I’ve learned over trial and error how to use it to create the effect only my stylist could get on me with a blowout….or a flat iron ☹️ at home. My motivation to get the airwrap was styling options without the damage of traditional plate or barrel hot tools. It works!!! PS Your tip of holding the end of the hair to create tension is magnificent…WHY have i not done that? 🤪 Today I’m giving it a go. Thanks for the video--the curling barrel videos are plentiful but we NEEDED this brush video. PSS i just bought narrow long barrels and WOW,,when it comes to curling, these are easier and more effective for my mid-length hair.
@alananoelle3 жыл бұрын
Hi lovely, so glad you found my tutorial useful! Holding at the ends for tension is definitely a game changer, so I am glad I can share my tips with all you lovelies ☺️ and yessss... the narrow barrels are GREAT for doing a really nice tight curl that you can then brush out and last a little longer than with the thicker barrels ☺️❤️

Try using the round brush for your bangs and for the crown piece at the back of your head, to give it a bit of lift at the top. When I use the smoothing brush for my bangs they jut lay flat against my head. You’re right about the way people use the flat brush like it’s a regular hair brush and they don’t hold the ends of the hair with tension. 🤦🏻♀️ Glad to see someone read the directions! Nice job 👍🏼

Can u pls tell me what mode to use ..heat button and blow mode
@AllyKit2 жыл бұрын
@@sarikavidhawan3908 For the brush I use low fan for less frizz (so that the hair doesn’t blow around too much). For the barrels I set the fan to high, to make sure the hair wraps around them well. For any attachments I would use high heat if you have thick healthy hair. My hair is fine and thin so I use low heat to prevent damage - unless I am in a hurry to dry it.

Hi, thanks so much for this tutorial. I have 2 questions. My hair is much curlier than yours, so after you finished styling you applied about one pump of oil to hair, if I do the same would it break the straight look? My second question is, do you have any tips how to retain this look/style last for a long time?

Omg Thank you for this my hair is literally the exact same 🙃it’s such a nightmare but you’ve seemed to have fixed it 😍and it’s even nicer the fact to have found a fellow NI person 💚

Awhhh I love this!!! A fellow NI 👋 also with the same hair 😂 it must be in us Irish to have this hair type 😂 I’m so glad you found me & you’re finding use from these tutorials ❤️❤️❤️ thank you lovely ☘️

Your tutorials on the dyson are the best! Can you do a tutorial on creating a beach wave with the dyson airwrap? The technique where you wrap the hair around the barrel yourself, while holding it upside down.💕

I struggle with this too unfortunately. Sometimes, even after a couple hours after styling my hair it starts to curl up again..

Hi Tessa, I have a video on my channel that shows how to sleep in your curls - check it out ☺️💕

Thank you no other tutorials like this one ☝️ … jeez is their a dupe out their. I’m a broke college student with the most horrible frizzy hair you can imagine. I have tried so many out their , and then I’m back to square one a mess . ThNk you for any info you can share .
@alananoelle2 жыл бұрын
So sorry lovely I’ve never tried any dupes so I can’t recommend unfortunately! I think you should try save up and get the real deal as you’ll end up spending more in the long run buying ones that aren’t as good! Maybe check Facebook market place & eBay to see if you can get a second hand one for cheaper ☺️ OR keep an eye on good discounts coming up in the new year from places who sell them! Keeping my fingers crossed for you lovely that you get your hands on one 🤞🏻

I've just purachsed a pair of cloud nine straighteners and dyson hair dryer do you think they won't be any use to me if I buy the airwrap x
@alananoelle2 жыл бұрын
Hi lovely, hmmm I think that’s hard for someone to answer but you… I sometimes still use my straighteners & hair dryer even with the dyson airwrap ☺️

This tutorial works amazing! But just wondering if you set your dyson on high heat, how do you manage not to burn your palms with the heat? Cause mine get burned from time to time lol
@alananoelle2 жыл бұрын
If it burns you lovely just turn it down to the medium heat ☺️ also maybe adjust how you’re holding your Airwrap as my palms never get burnt! 💕
@priscilabee5833 жыл бұрын
I love my airwrap but, time management wise, i think it makes more sense one pass with the dyson corrale per section instead of the multiple required with the airwrap.
@alananoelle3 жыл бұрын
Hey lovely, thank you for watching my video & for your comment - it's much appreciated ☺️ This video is aimed at people who want to straighten their hair just using the Airwrap, however I am getting the Corrale soon so I'll definitely be doing some tutorials on using it ☺️💕

The dyson flat iron is meant to be used on dry hair & this airwrap is for damp hair hence it will take a bit longer because it’s dry and style. Flat irons cause more damage long term.
@AllyKit3 жыл бұрын
The problem with flat irons is that they compress your hair, which is great for people who have a lot of hair and can sacrifice some volume. However the Airwrap smooths the hair but doesn’t make it so stick straight that you look like Mortitia Addams. lol My hair is super fine and also thin so if I use traditional iron I look like a wet dog, lol. Also I still believe there is less heat damage with the AirWrap as it doesn’t go above 300ish degrees.
