If you have fine hair and you can use round volumising brush then you shouldn't be having any issues with "firm" volumising brush instead of "soft" one because with firm one you will get that tension which is the most important thing for smoothing/blow dry. The soft one one won't give you as straight hair because the bristles of the soft one won't give that tension as the bristles bend and don't create that tension.

Hello! I was able to get it straight, but it does get frizzy right away. It’s currently winter here so. I use olaplex no 6 and milk shake before using airwrap

I wish it at least came with one barrel for curls .

Hi Alana, I also found that it takes me longer to dry my hair from wet but on the plus side it stays straight for longer so next day touch up is minimal. Whereas if i blow dry my hair its curly the next day. So i dont mind the extra time :)
