Hi Muhsin, I teach the USA not Global. So until I've covered the remainder of the USA and the bits of Component 2 I'm yet to do I won't be making any global videos, sorry.

i dont really get what asymetrical devolution is/ why an english parliament would not solve this. Thanks

Asymmetrical means that it is not the same in each country. Scottish Parliament has more powers than the welsh one, England doesn't have one at all. An English Parliament wouldn't solve the issue as it would be massively more significant than the other parliaments (representing 56 million, of the 66 million UK population) and so would dominate UK politics with decision it made impacting on the other nations.
