Same for me except you can replace childhood by 26 y. o. when it was released. Your rythm guitar is excellent and your voice has a lot of relief : a depth and kind of multidimensionality. It's better than the original. I don't know how you can both play the guitar and sing at those levels. I know the lyrics by heart but still have difficulties to synchronise both... 🎸🪕🥁🎤👏 I'm french and each time I drink Chardonnay, I think of Alanis and her black fly in it ! YOK !😕

Incredible cover. You have the Alanis vibe going ... minimal and 'natural' feeling. I've seen other covers of very 'polished' vocalists that can't touch you. Never a good idea to try and turn this song into a 'flashy' vocal performance. It's already perfection. Amazing job!
