OMG Alan, the way I cried!!! When you mentioned the bathroom accidents, that was my grandpa too! He passed away in 2020, and it doesn’t get any easier. There’s no day that I don’t miss him! But Yoatzi is right, you do have to take that time for yourself. Just to let it all out. I became so angry after his passing, but I realized it was his time to go. Para sacar todo el coraje, I ran my first Chicago Marathon cold turkey - not ever being a runner. My grandpa always supported my fitness journey. And I did this to honor him, and man did I feel his presence the whole time telling me “ándale chatita, tu puedes” when I was so ready to give up! Te mando el abrazo más fuerte para ti y toda tu familia 🙏🏻

I agree 100% with Alan about being more approachable after weight lose, I lost over 40 pounds over this past year. I was 160 and now I’m 110, I’ve seen people who always looked at me chubby and call me names and now they are in my followers list? Ósea where’s the same energy when I was más rellenita? now I’m pretty now you wanna hit me up and look at me now, rejecting you!!!
