i went to school with itati, i never got to know her personally, but i always knew she’d somehow make something of herself. from seeing her on our school triton talk channel during second period to seeing her here on this podcast leaves me feeling with nothing but pride for her. she always stood out, and in the same ways she explains it as standing out because you’re different. she was different, she is different. she hasn’t changed since i’ve last seen her four years ago. truthful, real, loud, putting yourself out there, standing for what you believe is itati. wishing and hoping for nothing but success and happiness for this woman.

It’s so true how she mentioned that at 6 she just knew. I was around that age when I realized we couldn’t afford extra things. I spoke up about not having a quince because I knew how much money that would be and I was like no it’s ok. And my mom pawned her gold jewelry to have a little party for me and got me my first car at my 18th birthday and I appreciate her so much for that ❤
