The woman should contact the British High commission in Nigeria and get a legal advise. In the best interest of the children this woman cannot be deprived access to her children. The children need their mother too. She can apply on the basis of a parent of British children right from Nigeria. The trouble is documentation to provide the Home office in Nigeria

There is no a skilled jobs as far as am concerned bcoz even cleaners here in Uk are trained professionally like which are suitable chemicals to use in the kitchen and colour coding on how to avoid using the latrine mop on the same kitchen surface, including the laws of food and hygiene including how to protect others or patients from any harm involving cleansing chemicals hand was technics, why it's important to keep food at certain temperature and avoiding semonella, ecoli and legionar in the uni flashed toilets and so on. As far as am concerned the cleaning agents or cleaners themselves are trained and skilled in doing what they are taught to do. We should give credit to all cleaners because it's a hospitality job involved in training such as manual handling, health and safety towards other colleagues and so on.
