I had my Rhinoplasty silicon, cartilage tip and alarplasty and Eyelid with fat reduction/excess skin kasi malapad ung space ng hood ng eyes from the eyebrows. Happy naman kasi natural ung results. Cost me $7800 way cheaper compare sa States.

this is d cheapest but most rewarding and not super obvious surgery and recovery is super easy... just to add you can also “ carve out” the shape of the nostril to create an illusion of more pointy tip....alarplasty can also improve the tip a bit due to the “push effect”....

When I try to measure my alar using ruler lumalagpas padin yung wings ng ilong ko tho medyu lumiliit yung wings nya compared to my ilong before but then I find na malaki parin sha. Some of my friends who've undergone alar trimming have this triangle like shape. It makes the surgery obvious. How to avoid the kind of situation they have? I'll be having alarplasty soon.

Hi Gaven. Youll have to talk with your surgeon about that concern. Because the primary objective of alarplasty, is to reduce the width of your alars. Depending on your nose, your surgeon may do another technique, of the Trimming, at a limit that is, depending on the shape of your alars.

doc, na’consider ko rin po na ipa ayos yung nose ko once na kaya ko na para naman ma improve po yung confidence ko huhu. pero sa case ko po kasi may sinusitis ako (hindi pa po ako nakapagpa check up ulit) at on and off po yung sense of smell ko kaya sobra sobra yung kaba ko kung baka magka complication po kasi pag nag proceed agad ako sa rhinoplasty (pero hindi ko po gagawin yun syempre dahil mahirap mag decide kung ako lang tapos wala pong opinion ng totoong doctor na specialized ang sinus issues). btw 17 pa lang po ako at nalaman ko lang din na may sinusitis pala ako nung 11 y/o po ako.

Ahhh, sinusitis actually can be treated ☺️ ipacheck mo sa ENT. Usually its structural, meaning may deformity sa loob ng ilong mo. In your case, most likely, magiging Reconstructive and Enhancement ang procedure mo ☺️✌️

Hello @Javier Cherry ☺️👍 wow thanks for continuing to support. At buti like nyo ang content hehehe. Anyways, ultrasonic rhinoplasty, same lang naman yan. Imagine mo nalang sa woodworking... Imbes na hand lagare at sandpaper mano mano ang ginagamit, eh Grinder at drill, electric saw ang gamit. We do those sa mga malalaki ang nose hump, or may tabingi sa nose. At kailangan mag'basag' ng bone, or oseteotomy. Di bale, isama ko nalang soon sa mga future videos. Hehehe Pero sobrang highend na yang mga gamit na yan, dapat specialized center ang puntahan mo. For me personally, mas ok padin sa akin ang 'manual' rasping at osteotomy, kasi mas may control ako sa ginagawa. Pag machine ang bilis kasi, ang sensitive, pag nasobrahan, wala nang balikan. Hope i answered your question kaht papaano. 😁

Hi Mariam. Heheh mejo naguluhan lang Ako, Why do you need two ear cartilages? Para saan? Kasi ear cartilage, I only use it sa Tip. During Tipplasty. And usually Isa lang needed. Kahit tatlong ear cartilage pa Yan, 😅 kulang Yan sa Bridge.
