Two other downsides to 8162 is the location as it is quite far from the Neptune Lounge. The other is that the room is smaller than the mid-ship Neptune Suites. Other than that you were spot on!!!

Like the KDam ,good rooms layout. Bathroom nice shower size with GLASS swing door. Will cruises with HAL again.

Being a sailor myself, I cringe when I see any rust. It is completely unacceptable since it's such an easy fix.

Excellent trio videos. My wife and I are booked on the Eurodam, June 15 to June 22, 2024. I have cruised on Holland America many times, my wife is a newbie. I’ve taken her on other cruises during the last three years and wanted her to experience HAL. Matter of fact I’ve cruised on the Eurodam when she was the youngest ship in the fleet. Anyway you’ve given me some ideas for excursions and I feel more prepared to enjoy this particular sailing. Kudos once again. Fairwinds, following seas, and long may your big jib draw. 🛳️ 🤗
