Alaska Airlines First Class Review - ANC to SEA | Underwhelmed | Brief Look at Missed Opportunity

I am not a complainer. I will go so far as to say I have a really high tolerance for getting a less-than-expected value for my money because, frankly, I just don't want to stir things up.
I will, however, try to -- always -- write these reviews just like you and I were sitting down for a coffee and talking about our recent travels. And this short video, my friends, is just that. A frank commentary about what the Alaska Airlines first class service was like on our flight from Anchorage to Seattle.
I'm not sure if the mother ship is trying to budget and cut corners to build capital ahead of the Hawaiian Airlines purchase, but that's what I heard other passengers talking about. I hope that my experience, on February 12, 2024, was just a one-off -- but you should also know what to expect as you think about buying that first class ticket or splurging for the upgrade.

I'm not sure what's going on with Alaska Airlines right now, it seems like I either get amazing customer service or not really good, no in between. I hope they figure it out.
