That's an aesthetic, not really a shtick. She didn't bring the fairy / elf thing into any of the challenges. But tbf I also don't think Plasma has intentionally relied on her 20th century theatre diva shtick either. They pushed her into playing Barb and she did what the role called for in the musical. The snatch game she prepared before knowing she'd be getting those roles. ( and the girl group challenge really showed her versatility too imo)
