US seasons with 3 or more design challenges (I think, I tried to remember in what makeover challenges they did their own looks): 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 15, 16.

People often say that season 7 had mostly acting/comedy challenges, but it actually had 4 challenges with design elements: 1, 8, 10 and 11. It was clearly made for a designing/look queen to excel towards the end, with the increased frequency of those episodes. The dance challenge was not a pure design challenge, but they had to design/style outfits or part of them. And in episode 1 it was never that clear that they had to design the cover-ups.

Listen, two weeks in a row, Twinks Monsoon and her lil friends used the Rate-A-Queen and the "who should go home and why?" to help each other when people in their alliance had objectively worse looks in the ball and worse track records. They put Mhi'ya and Hershii in the bottom for the ball when it really should've been Plasma and/or Amanda. They threw Q under the bus under the pretense of friendship. i actually don’t think they should bring in seamstresses because the challenges are there for specific queens to do well in like Q is very gifted at constructing garments and nymphia went to fashion school in the UK and is also very gifted and i’m sure if they were on the show and someone came in and was like “i’m going to make your garment for you” idk how happy they’d be as i’m sure they would want to showcase their skills, just like i’m sure the queens who can actually sing well would want to actually use their own voices in the rusicals to show off that skill
