My dad and a friend went on a guided moose hunt in AK in 1980. They got one and our freezer was full! It was good meat! Looks like a fun day and beautiful scenery!

Nice video, love to see al the camping gear. We went in Alaska for a roadtrip back in 2016 for 24 days. We never forget this awesome adventure! We saw a lot of bears, moose , waterfalls, glaciers, kenai fjord cruise from Seward etc... Very very nice memories we made in this very beautiful last frontier state!

Game meats I ate: venison [deer], rabbit, squirrel. Moose and caribou next definitely. Venison must be similar to moose then, lean and cooks pretty fast.

@@BagsPackedFamily The game rabbit I ate accidentally wandered into my garden, ate my crops, so I shot it with a bow and ate it. Nowadays, I only have access to farmed rabbits, haven't hunt a wild one in a while. And rabbits are clean, like fish. I can clean a rabbit in a minute, and a deer would take me half hour, if I concentrate, haha, or longer, to field-dress.
