I have had the Leofoto LM-364C tripod for a few years now. The head of the tripod is different on mine. I have the option of have the bowl fitting or a flat fitting , I have 2 of their tripods. The other one is smaller with a wonderful built in head. They are so well made.

Good review of that tripod , I use is the old Gitzo 1548 it's designed to hold to a 20 pound lens , it is built like a Sherman tank .

Love Leofoto tripods I have four of them in various sizes for different uses, I also have the Leofoto PG-1 gimbal, it’s the best gimbal I ever used nice and smooth and like you said to the change the tension of both the panning and tilting to your liking by adjusting the knobs. The gimbal is similar to the ProMedia Gear Katana JR. at a more affordable price.

I have become a recent fan of Leofoto tripods and accessories. I have the LS-364C with the LB-65 leveling base, the QC60 quick change system that allows me to switch between the various tripod heads. Whether it's the VH-30R, My cheap ass Neewer gimbal or a Ball head, they are changed out in under 10 seconds. i also have their monopd with Leofoto head. Simply great stuff.

I like the tripod, but honestly not the gimbal.. The issue with it is that I use it in my hide, so what I do in the morning is to "start frame" - and lock the gimbal. But.. When I lock it turns a bit, and also lowers the horizon. If I lock the know less it's loose and I can to easily move it.. Plus: There is only one gimbalhead that has both knobs in the lower corner. As it is now, I have to lift my arm, and that additional movement scare the birds I take pictures of. So at the moment it's just placed stationary in my hide..

That's odd as this gimbal is my favorite one out of like 10 I own. I don't have any of those issues.

Thanks for making such a great video review, it's so good, you helped me make my dicision, and just ordered the Leofoto PG1! I've been checking out all the Benros, Sirui's, Jobu's, Obens, etc. But for this price range, (B&H), I ordered that one at about the 20 minute point in your video. ha ha, good review, and it will work great on my Robus 5570 tripod! Nice review and have the same setup from LeoPhoto and a LN404C for my 500f4 and Astro. I would only suggest having better lighting for the inside video, for it seems dark. Hard to see the products. I am viewing on an iPhone, so the screen should be more than enough.

I use the EF 500 F4 and EF 70-200 all the time. They work flawlessly with the Fringer adapter

Have 2 Gitzo, 2 RRS and thought I’d try this brand. Now I have 2 Leofoto. 😂. Let your viewers know that spikes are pretty essential if they’re planning on entering water. If I’m going into a mountain stream or Florida shorebirds, my spikes are out. 😊

Nice review. You have the height listed in your stats at 58 inches, yet you are describing the height at just under 6 feet, which is 72 inches? Is is actually 68 inches?

Yes at 5 feet sorry about that. With th gimbal on top the eye level of the camera is at 6 feet.
