Yes that’s correct In Moscow sunrise was at 10am but it’s changed to 9am

In my opinion, daylight savings time is ridiculous. The purpose for which it's intended is no longer valid. Furthermore, there is around twenty hours of useful light (including twilight) on the summer solstice in Anchorage, as opposed to around eight hour on the winter solstice. I would encourage ending AKDT for a two or three year period and let everyone experience life without it. Then revisit the matter afterwards.
